Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu released a statement after the decision of the International Court.
The West is divided over the war crimes charges and arrest warrants imposed by the International Criminal Court (ICC) on Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu. According to news agency AP, the US has refused to accept the arrest warrant. Also, Britain, Canada, the Netherlands and Italy have said that Netanyahu will be arrested if he comes to their country.
Meanwhile, America has refused to accept the order of ICC. White House spokeswoman Karen Jean-Pierre questioned the court's decision-making process, calling it “rushed.” The US is not a member state of the ICC.

European countries said – Hamas and Israel are not the same, but will accept the decision of the ICC
Italian Defense Minister Guido Crocito said his country would abide by ICC rules. He said he rejected the ICC's accusation that Hamas and Israel were the same, but that Netanyahu would be arrested if he came to Italy. We are bound by the rules.
Being a member of ICC, Britain has also said that Netanyahu will be arrested if he comes to Britain. However, a spokesperson for the PM's office has said that there is no moral equality between Netanyahu and Hamas. Israel has the right to defend itself.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has said that being a member of the ICC, he will abide by the rules. Dutch Foreign Minister Kasper Veldkamp said they will follow the rules 100% and arrest Netanyahu as soon as he steps on Dutch soil.
Netanyahu accused criminal court judges of bias
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday dismissed the International Criminal Court's charges against him and former Defense Minister Yoav Galant as baseless. He has accused the judges of the court of bias. Netanyahu has said that the ICC is falsely indicting a constitutionally elected prime minister. We are not targeting common people. We are doing our best to avoid casualties.
Defending himself, the Israeli PM has accused Hamas of endangering the lives of civilians. Netanyahu also said that Israel has supplied 700,000 tons of grain to Gaza.
The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant
The International Criminal Court (ICC) on Thursday issued an arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The court charged Netanyahu with war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. The ICC admitted that Israel's army was killing innocents under the guise of eliminating Hamas.
In this case, a warrant has also been issued against the former commander of Hamas, Mohammad Daif. The warrant accuses Mohammed Daif of mass murder, rape and hostage-taking in Israel on October 7. However, Israel claimed to have killed Mohammed Daif in a strike in July.
The ICC issued an arrest warrant against Putin in March 2023. Putin has also been accused of war crimes in Ukraine for kidnapping and deporting children.
The International Criminal Court was established in 2002
The International Criminal Court i.e. ICC was launched on July 1, 2002. The organization investigates war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity occurring around the world. The organization operates on the basis of rules drawn up on the 1998 Rome Convention.
The International Criminal Court is headquartered in The Hague. Under the Rome Agreement, 123 countries including Britain, Canada, Japan are members of the International Criminal Court.
13 months into Israel-Hamas war, 90% of Gaza destroyed
It has been 13 months since the Israel-Hamas war. It was launched on October 7, 2023. Hundreds of Hamas militants entered southern Israel through the Gaza Strip. Killed 1139 people and kidnapped 251 people by indiscriminate firing. A few hours later, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared war on Hamas.
More than 44 thousand people have been killed in Gaza since the beginning of this war. According to data from Gaza's Ministry of Health, this is about 2% of Gaza's population. According to the Israeli army, there were 17 to 18 thousand Hamas terrorists among them. The war that started between Israel and Hamas has now reached Lebanon and Iran.
Food has become a challenge in Gaza, according to a United Nations report released in June. 50,000 children are severely malnourished here. Gaza's health system has collapsed.
Most of Gaza's hospitals have been destroyed by Israeli bombardment. An April report by Doctors Without Borders claimed there had been a 25-fold increase in cases of diarrhea since before the war. According to a report by the International Crisis Group, Israel has carried out more than 1,000 attacks on Palestinians since October 7.
