130 Pakistani soldiers claimed killed in Balochistan: 7 suicides in Baloch Army attacks at 12 locations

The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) in Pakistan's Balochistan has claimed to have killed 130 Pakistani soldiers. However, the Pakistani army has so far accepted the killing of 14 soldiers. According to Balochistan Post, BLA attacked 12 different locations in Balochistan under 'Operation Harof'. The BLA launched attacks late Sunday night and targeted Pakistani army camps and police posts. They also blocked several highways. The BLA termed 'Operation Harof' as the first step to capture Balochistan. The Baloch group has described the operation as a milestone for Balochistan's independence. BLA spokesman Ziand Baloch, who involved 800 BLA fighters in the operation, said this was the first phase of Operation Harof. He claimed he was successful. Jiand said that 800 fighters from his different units took part in the operation. Their fighters destroyed many outposts and camps of the Pakistani army present in Balochistan. He said his 'Majid Brigade' of fidayeen fighters occupied Bela Camp in Balochistan for 20 hours. Here 68 soldiers of Pakistan Army were killed and dozens were injured. Baloch police warned in advance to stay away The spokesman said they had already warned local police not to help the Pakistani army. Twenty-two police and tax collection personnel were temporarily detained and released safely after the operation was completed, he said. The BLA said it considers the police and levy forces to be allies of the Baloch. However, the group warned that any person or organization aiding the Pakistan Army would face severe consequences. 7 BLA suicide bombers were killed, one of whom was a woman The BLA said 7 of its fidayeen were killed in the attack. Among them was a woman, Mahal Baloch. BLA also released pictures of two suicide bombers. According to the Balochistan Post, Mahal became the third Baloch woman to sacrifice her life in a suicide attack. According to reports, the first Baloch woman was Jilan Kurd, who committed suicide against Turkish soldiers in 1996. After this in April 2022, Shari Baloch targeted Chinese citizens. Claiming 62 soldiers killed in highway encounter, BLA spokesperson also said that its Fateh squad has blocked several highways in Balochistan. 62 Pakistani soldiers who came to remove it were killed by their fighters. A BLA spokesperson said, they will soon release more information about the attacks and the identity of the fighters killed in 'Operation Hereof'. At least 73 people have been killed in the attack in Balochistan, according to news agency Reuters. The first incident took place in Musakhel, Balochistan. On Monday morning, 40 BLA fighters blocked the national highway. They stopped buses, trucks and vans and let off the passengers. Everyone's IDs were seen and 23 of them from Punjab province were shot dead. Late at night, the Pakistani army issued a statement saying that 21 terrorists have also been killed in retaliatory action in Balochistan.
