Rasthal: Celebrate Children's Day with kids' favorite snacks

Pepi Paneer Pizza Ingredients : Paneer cubes-1 cup, Butter-2 tbsp, Pizza base-4 nos Toppings: Onion, Capsicum, Boiled corn, Processed cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Chilli flakes, Oregano, Salt-as per taste, Pepper powder- Pa spoon, Kitchen King Masala-half spoon, Pizza sauce-1 cup Method : In a pan Once the butter is hot, fry the paneer cubes in it. Add salt, pepper powder and kitchen king masala as per taste to the paneer cubes and saute well on both sides for two to three minutes. Now take it to a plate and add some butter in the same pan and saute the vegetables for the toppings simultaneously. Sprinkle some salt and pepper powder over it. Now spread the pizza sauce on the pizza base and roll the processed cheese. Top it with toppings and cheese cubes and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with chili flakes and oregano and bake in the oven for fifteen minutes. Cheesy French Fries Ingredients: Large Potatoes-4 nos., Salt-as per taste, Cornflour-2 tbsp. For Cheese Sauce: Butter-1 tbsp., Processed Cheese-2 tbsp., Mozzarella Cheese-1 tbsp., Oregano-sp., Chilli Flakes-sp. spoon, milk-half cup Method: First peel the potatoes and cut them long and thin. 2-3 to wash with water. Now boil water in a vessel. Add salt and let the fries marinate for 10 minutes. Take out the fries with the help of zara and smear it on a cotton cloth. Sprinkle cornflour on it and fry in hot oil. Sprinkle some salt on top. Now when the butter is heated in a pot, add milk, cheese and cornflour to it, when it thickens a little, add chili flakes and oregano. Serve this cheese sauce ready over the fries in a serving plate. Fruit Mocktail Ingredients : Strawberries, Kiwi, Pineapple, Apples, Brown Sugar, Sanchal Powder, Mint Leaves, Limca or Sprite, Ice Cubes Method : First, chop the strawberries, pineapple, apples and kiwis. Heat strawberries on gas with little water and sugar and mash them with a spoon to make a syrup. Make syrup of kiwi and pineapple in the same way. Finely chop the mint leaves. Layer first the ice cubes, then the syrup in a serving glass. Now add limca or sprite redi sanchal powder in it. Serve a refreshing fruit mocktail to kids garnished with mint leaves. Colorful Mini Idli Ingredients : Idli pudding, Spinach-1 cup, Beet juice-1 cup, Carrot juice-1 cup, Turmeric- pinch, Salt-as per taste, Eno or baking soda-as required, Oil-as required Method : First add spinach Wash and boil for five minutes in a mixer to make a paste. Prepare carrot and beetroot juice as well. Divide the khira into three parts and mix carrot juice, pinch of turmeric and salt as per taste in one part. In the other part, mix the spinach juice and salt in the same way. Add beetroot juice and salt in third part. Mix baking soda or Eno in each and drop mini idli in idli stand. Kids will be delighted to see these colorful idlis. In this way they will also eat healthy vegetables. Hot Chocolate Ingredients: Milk-2 cups, Sugar-2 spoons, Digestive Biscuits-2 nos., Dark Chocolate-half a cup Method: First of all heat the milk. Mix the biscuit powder in it. Now add sugar and chopped dark chocolate. Stir constantly. Turn off the gas when it starts to thicken a little. Serve the children's favorite hot chocolate drink garnished with choco chips or whipped cream of their choice. Wedge. Maggi Lollipop Ingredients: Maggi-1 packet, Chopped Onion-1 cup, Chopped Cauliflower-1 cup, Grated Carrot-1 piece, Chopped Capsicum-half cup, Ginger-chili paste-1 tsp, Maggi Masala-1 packet, Cornflour-4 tsp, salt-as per taste Oil-for frying Method: Heat some oil in a pan. Saute the chopped vegetables in it at the same time. Crush Maggi with hands and mix. Add salt and maggi masala as per taste and cover and let it steep. Maggi will grow only in the water content of the vegetable. Once Maggi rises, mix two spoons of cornflour and switch off the gas. Take an oval shape from the prepared maava. Take some water in a bowl and mix one spoon of cornflour in it and make a thin paste. Dip the oval in it and roll it in raw Maggi Bhukka. Put an ice cream stick and fry in hot oil. Hot veg. Serve Maggi Lollipop Kids with ketchup.
