Mysore crop
On the first day, Maa Shailputri is offered sweets made from cow's ghee. What you will need: gram flour-1 cup, water-1 cup, sugar-2 cups, ghee-3 cups Make it like this: Mix the mentioned ingredients in a thick bottomed vessel. Now turn on the gas and keep stirring the mixture continuously in one direction. This process will take patience and time. When it starts to curdle, turn off the gas and pour the mixture into a pot. Cut it after 5 minutes.
Panchamrit
The next day Panchamrita is sacrificed to please Mother Brahmacharini. : Milk-1 cup, curd-4 spoons, honey-2 spoons, ghee-1 spoon, powdered sugar-5 spoons, saffron-3 to 4 strands, rose petals Make it like this: Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl. Once mixed well, put saffron threads and rose petals on top.
Paneer Kheer
On the third day, offerings made of milk are made to Maa Chandraghata. What you will need: Paneer-1 cup, milk-1 liter, sugar-half a cup, cashew-almonds chopped-4 spoons, saffron-4 to 5 threads. After boiling the milk for fifteen minutes, add grated paneer, sugar, saffron threads and chopped cashew nuts. Boil for another ten minutes and when it thickens properly, switch off the gas and let the pudding cool down.
Malpoo
On the fourth day Maa Kushmanda is offered with wheat flour. Make it like this: Mix wheat flour, semolina, cardamom powder and add milk little by little. Now mix the cream and keep aside. Make a string syrup. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan and pour small malpoos with a spoon. When it turns golden, remove it with the help of Zara. Drain the ghee and dip the malpooa in the syrup. Garnish with dry fruit cut-rose petals.
Golgapapadi
On the seventh day Maa Kalaratri is offered offerings made of gourds. What would you like? : Ghee-half cup, jaggery-half cup, almond powder-half cup, amaranth flour-half cup, almond-pistachio chopped-4 tsp, cardamom powder-half tsp, poppy seeds-1 tsp, saffron-6 to 7 strands. : Heat ghee in a pan and roast gram flour in it. Fry only on medium heat so that the flour does not burn. As ghee starts to separate, mix almond powder in it and fry for another minute. Now turn off the gas and add jaggery and stir constantly. Stir constantly until the jaggery melts and mixes with the flour. Now mix cardamom powder, poppy seeds, chopped almonds-pistachios and saffron in it and spread it in a plate. Cut off the mother and bear the victim.
Coconut Rabdi
On the eighth day, Maa Mahagauri is offered offerings made of green copra. What would you like? : Milk-2 cups, green coconut cream-1 cup, dry copra powder-half cup, sugar-4 spoons, cardamom powder-half spoon, almonds cut-2 spoons Make it like this: Keep stirring the milk on low heat for ten minutes on gas. stay When the milk thickens a little, add sugar to it. Honey Dry Fruit Ladoo
On the sixth day, Mother Katyayani is offered honey. : Mix dry fruit-half a cup, ghee-half spoon, honey-pa cup. Turn off the gas and immediately mix honey in it. Grease the palm with ghee and make small ladles.
Cassava dal halwa
On the ninth day, gram-puri-halwa is offered to Maa Siddhidatri in Naivedya. Prepare as follows: Soak the mung beans in water for about six hours and then crush them in a Nitari mixer in pulse mode i.e. on-off-on-off. Remove the dal in a bowl and set aside. Now heat water in a pan and mix milk, sugar, saffron threads and cardamom powder. Turn off the gas when the sugar melts. In another pan, mix chickpea flour and semolina and roast almond paste and roast on low heat. When it turns a little brown, mix the milk-sugar mixture and mixed dried fruit slices in it. When the ghee releases, turn off the gas and take it out in a bowl.
Banana peel
On the fifth day, offerings made of bananas are offered to Mother Skandamata.
