Telangana CM apologizes to Supreme Court: Says- My statement was misinterpreted; K. Kavitha's bail was called a bargain

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy BRS leader K. Kavita has tendered an unconditional apology to the Supreme Court for her statement on bail. Revanth wrote in a post on X that the comment was misinterpreted in the news published regarding my statement. Revanth wrote – In some news of August 29, comments were made in my name, due to which it is believed that I am questioning the wisdom of the Hon'ble Court. I offer my unconditional apology for the statements made in those reports. I respect the judiciary and will continue to do so. CM Revanth Reddy's post Supreme Court said – Don't drag the court into a political battle Justice BR Gavai's bench heard the cash-for-vote case on August 29. Meanwhile he asked Mukul Rohatgi, the lawyer of Revanth Reddy – 'Did you read in the newspaper what he (Revanth) said? Read on.' The court said that it is not right to involve the court in a political battle. The court does not give a decision after consulting the leaders. Such statements create apprehension in people's minds. CM Reddy said – BRS worked for BJP's victory in Lok Sabha The Telangana CM while talking to the media on Tuesday, August 28, said that there is doubt whether former Telangana CM KCR's daughter Kavita will get bail in 5 months. Manish Sisodia got bail after 15 months. While CM Kejriwal has not got bail yet. Revanth Reddy alleged that BRS worked for BJP's victory in 2024 Lok Sabha elections. There is also talk that Kavita got bail because of the agreement reached between BRS and BJP.
