An incident of attack on an old man in a running train in Maharashtra has come to light. Fellow passengers slapped and abused the old man. He was accused of carrying beef. The video shows a group of around 10-12 people surrounding the old man and threatening him. After this the crowd opens the box in their hands and looks at the meat. The crowd asks the old man what is in this box? where are you going where are you from Aren't these goats? How many people will eat this meat? Meanwhile the old man tells them that the box contains goat meat and not beef. The old man is seen pleading with the crowd, but the crowd continues to beat him. The old man tells the crowd that he lives in Jalgaon and is taking meat to his daughter's house in Malegaon. But the crowd was not satisfied with this answer and kept asking the old man questions. Along with this, these people also kept making a video of this incident. Throughout this incident the old man says that there is goat meat in his box. At this a person from the crowd says whose flesh this is, it will be known only when it is tested. Another person says that we have Shravan month going on and you are doing such a thing. The Railway Commissioner said – We have identified the two accused. The Railway Commissioner has confirmed the incident and said that an FIR has been registered in this matter. Railway police are searching for the passengers who assaulted the old man. After the video went viral, the GRP contacted the victim, who initially refused to file a complaint. He said that 80% people in Maharashtra eat non-veg. This is our Maharashtra. 95% of people living in coastal areas are carnivores. We respect all religions.
