- Operating from Pakistan, 7 suspects were detained
Pakistan is not being punished for its actions. It was revealed on Tuesday that its terrorists sitting there are running a recruitment racket in Kashmir. After a tip-off, the counter-intelligence wing of the Jammu and Kashmir Police raided 10 places in 6 districts of the valley. 7 suspects have been detained in this operation conducted in Srinagar, Ganderbal, Bandipora, Kulgam, Budgam, Anantnag and Pulwama. 14 mobiles, laptops and objectionable materials were recovered from them.
All these are members of the terrorist organization 'Tehrik Labak Ya Muslim' (TLM). TLM is a group affiliated with the pro-Pakistani terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba, which was operated by Pakistan-based militant group Baba Hamas.
This organization has been found responsible for recruiting youth for terrorism in Kashmir. Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha says that the terrorists who attacked the Gagangir tunnel workers in Ganderbal were wearing face masks. However, it cannot be said that this has been done by any new terrorist group.
