A 10-year-old child died after being hit by a tractor in Rajasthan's Sriganganagar. The child was playing outside the house. He climbed onto the tractor while playing. The key was in the tractor and the child turned the tractor on in the game.
As soon as the tractor started, the child fell down and the rear wheel of the tractor came down and the tractor ran over him. The accident took place at 11.33 am on Saturday in ward 22 of Padampur police station area. The CCTV footage of the accident that took place on Sunday has come to light.
After the accident, the child's family rushed and took care of the child. But, he died on the spot.
Mama left the key in the tractor According to the police, Rajendra Singh's son Raham was a resident of Ward 22 of Padampur. Around 10 am on Saturday, his uncle Deshraj came to his house to meet him. Deshraj parked the tractor outside the house and left the key in it.
Rahm was playing outside the house. In a few minutes, Raham got on the tractor. He turned the key and started the tractor. Seeing this, the child got scared. After starting the tractor, he fell down on shock and was crushed under the tractor. After the accident, the child's family rushed and took care of him, but he died on the spot.
The family refused to take action Padampur SHO Surendrakumar said – Police reached the spot after the accident. The tractor belonged to the child's family, so the child's father refused to take any action. The child's father Rajendra Singh (40) is an electrician.
