He further said – In our field, a fixed budget is initially given by the production team. After the shooting is over, the payment comes from the production. We do all the work first at our own expense. Producers want the best work from us. Under this pressure we spend more than the fixed budget, for which we often do not get paid. As a result the art director commits suicide due to financial crunch. Many such cases have been seen recently.

I am also associated with his upcoming film Love and War. Recently it required large quantity of cow dung for plastering. I fulfilled his requirement in just one hour.

For example, Hiramandi required 60 liters of Apex Color. At that time I had only 40 liters of Apex Color. I ordered the remaining 20 liters from another place.
