Farhan Akhtar and his wife Shibani Dandekar opened up about their relationship in Rhea Chakraborty's podcast. He said that within a few days of their marriage, both went for couple therapy. They feel that this makes their relationship stronger.
What is couple therapy? In today's busy life, couples cannot give much time to each other. Many times people feel shy to share things with each other. Due to which a rift is created between the two. Which results in a fight between them. In such situations, couples often go to couples therapy to overcome this bitterness. In this therapy the couple's problems are solved with the help of experts. Every issue related to breakup, communication problems, misunderstandings and private moments are discussed between them, so that the rift between the two is resolved.
Couples therapy began before or after engagement Speaking to Rhea Chakraborty, Shibani Dandekar said, 'I think we started couples therapy around six months before or after the engagement. They did not understand each other. Instead, it was something that seemed like a smart thing to do.'
Our physician was shocked He said, 'We got married on Monday. After this we went to couples therapy on Wednesday. I remember as soon as we walked in, the therapist was surprised to see us. They started saying, 'Why are you guys here?' Married 24 hours ago?'
Sometimes I didn't know what to say Shibani Dandekar said, 'Going for therapy is like going to the gym. That said, many times during therapy sessions we would just look at each other and have nothing to talk about. Also, there are days when they need more time than usual.
