Tsunami: Not everyone can motivate you!

Incident – 1 : At 2:30 in the night, a daughter was crying with her mother sitting on a chair. The boy she loved broke up with her. The boy's mom refused to give her stamp of approval on love citing horoscope. The boy was not ready to go over his mother. Daughter was crying tears. Crying everyday. Mother used to sit next to her crying daughter and explain to her, 'If son, love breaks. No crying in it. Everything that happens happens for good. Your tears are not worthy of this boy. You will find another better boy than that, write it down! Whenever the daughter cries about this, the mother sits next to her and tells her this. One day the daughter stopped crying. Now he felt his mother's words were true. 'You will find a better boy than this. Everything that happens is for good…' This mother's words proved to be life-saving for her daughter. Incident – 2 : A son failed in the examination. His father came to know about his son's failure. Dad came home and told his son, today is a party for you from me. The son is surprised that on the one hand I have failed, all that is left is to tell dad and dad talks about the party. The son said nothing. Dad sat his son aside and said, 'Today we have to throw a small party for your failure, so that when you succeed, we can throw a bigger party.' That day a father taught his son to accept failure. Now the son has understood that it is very important to digest failure to be successful. Incident – 3 : A husband incurs a huge debt in business. He sits everyone in the house and talks about the debt he has incurred. The house is stunned for a while. His wife gets up and takes the jewelry from the closet and puts it in her husband's hand. Seeing mom doing this, her little son gets up and brings her piggy bank and puts it in dad's hands and dad hugs everyone and cries. Incident 1- Incident 2 and Incident 3- These three incidents are seen as a blueprint for a motivational speaker's speech but the reality is that every mother, every father or every wife does not, cannot behave in this way because every daughter, every Not every son or husband is the same. The advice given by a mother to her daughter in incident number 1 cannot be given by every mother to her daughter. A party like the one for the son for whom the father arranged a failure party in incident number 2 cannot be arranged for every son who fails and the reasons for his failure have to be looked into. As in incident number 3, as the wife brought jewelry, the jewelry cannot be put in the hands of every husband who is in debt. We have a booming market of motivational talks. Half of the social media reel has become a public motivational speaker. The funny thing is that the emerging industry of motivational speakers worldwide has a market of 38.3 billion dollars and according to an estimate, it is seeing a growth of 8 percent by 2032. There's a whole industry buzzing around to fill you with air, to heal your wounds, to teach you to be happy, to teach you to lose, to convince you that you're going to succeed. Now the question is can motivational speakers really heal your wounds right? Their motivational talks can remove the speed breakers that come your way right? There are some common problems in the world. Most people feel that their life is wasted. No one appreciates us. Our work is not properly compensated. We have not yet received anything as per our merit. They don't love me as much as I love them. I don't do as much as I do for them. Not only do I not say anything, but if I sit down to speak, the earth will move from under everyone's feet. Although these problems are common, their solutions are individual. Everyone's nature is subject to the situation. Common motivation can sometimes lead you astray. Motivational speakers say 'go into relationships' but this is not true for everyone. If everyone has to do the same thing in a relationship, then you will be exploited by that relationship. Motivational speakers teach that 'treat mother-in-law like a mother', but it becomes difficult to give the status of a mother-in-law to a mother-in-law who is abusive and taunting. Not every motivational talk is for everyone, just as not every medication can be taken by everyone. Motivation can come from someone who knows you personally, your nature—your circumstances. I personally believe that your mother, father, sister, brother, wife, husband, girlfriend, lover, daughter, son, friend are the few people who know you and who you try to be like. People can be your motivational speakers, the rest of the crowd keeps you intoxicated with goodies. Once the intoxication wears off, you are back to where you were. Just like addiction to ganja, charas, opium, alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco etc. is not good, addiction to motivational talks is also not good. Once you get used to it, you cannot survive without it.
