The results of the Maharashtra assembly elections came on November 23. Swara Bhaskar's husband Fahad Ahmed, who is contesting from the Atamushakti Nagar assembly seat, has faced a massive defeat. After social media trolling, now Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav has made fun of her with a controversial comment.
In fact, after the results were declared, Fahad Ahmad issued a video alleging that the EVM machines were faulty and demanded a recount of the votes. Now re-sharing Fahadh's video, Elvish Yadav has written that, this is your punishment for not keeping Swara in hijab.
It may be noted that some time ago a picture of Swara Bhaskar went viral on social media, in which she was seen wearing a suit and covering her head in front of Maulana Sajjad Nauma. She was heavily trolled for her sudden change in attire. Apart from this, Fawad Ahmed was also criticized for love jihad and inter-faith marriage.
Some trollers said that before the elections, Fahad Ahmed wanted to attract the attention of Muslim voters by dressing his wife like this. While some said that Swara Bhaskar has completely changed after marrying a Muslim.
Amid continuous trolling, Swara Bhaskar reprimanded the trollers. She posted some pictures of herself and wrote, Little did I know that my changed outfit after marriage would become a national topic of discussion. I'm posting a few more pictures of mine, which will give the allied insects a little more fodder. Forgive me, Fahad Ahmad does not fit the stereotype of Muslim orthodoxy.
It may be noted that along with mocking Swara Bhaskar, Elvish Yadav also mocked Ejaz Khan's defeat. In fact Ejaz Khan who has 5 million followers got only 43 votes till the evening due to which he faced a big defeat. Elvish shared a picture of a meme related to Ejaz's defeat and wrote – OG (origination) speaking.
