Lawyer who threatened Shah Rukh arrested from Raipur: Mumbai police to produce in court, extortion of 50 lakhs and threats to kill

The person who threatened to kill Shah Rukh Khan on November 5 has been arrested. The actor's team filed a complaint against the threat maker at the Bandra police station, following which a police investigation was launched. The number from which he was threatened was registered in the name of Raipur-based lawyer Faizan Khan. Mumbai Police has now arrested Faizan Khan who made the threat from Raipur.

According to the report, on Tuesday morning, CSP Ajay Singh and his team reached Raipur with transit remand and arrested Faizan Khan from his house in Raipur. Faizan Khan will be produced in court at 11 am on Tuesday.

According to reports, the police approached Faizan Khan a few days after receiving the threat, though he said he would come to Mumbai to record his statement on November 14. Faizan said in the opening statement that the number from which Shah Rukh was threatened belonged to him, but his mobile phone was stolen on November 2, 3-4 days before the threat.

Family claims – Faizan Khan is also receiving threats

Faizan Khan's family claims that the Mumbai police had already reached him. But Faizan Khan appealed to Bandra Police Station to record his statement on 14th November. According to family members, Faizan has been receiving death threats for the past few days, so he requested the Mumbai Police Commissioner to appear before him through audio-video medium instead of coming to Mumbai himself for security reasons. However, now Faizan has been taken into custody by the Mumbai Police.

The threat said – I will kill Shah Rukh

According to DCP, Bandra police station received a call from an unknown caller. While threatening, the caller said, I will kill Shah Rukh Khan of Bandstand. If I am not given 50 lakhs, I will kill Shah Rukh Khan. When the caller was asked his name, he replied, it doesn't matter to me, my name is Hindustani.

Three police officers from Mumbai reached Raipur after receiving the complaint. He stayed in a hotel in Raipur on Wednesday night. After checking the location of mobile SIM in Pandari area early in the morning, he went to Faizan's house. About 2 hours of questioning about the threatening call.

Faizan complained about the missing SIM at the police station on November 4.

Threatened by a lost mobile During interrogation, Faizan said that his mobile was lost on November 2, which he lodged a complaint at Khamhardih police station on November 4, while the phone call was made at Bandra police station on November 5. Faizan was released after showing a copy of the complaint at the police station. He has been summoned to Mumbai on November 14 for questioning again.

Faizan said that people of Bishnoi community worship deer. One of the 29 religions of the society is to protect the deer. In such a situation Shah Rukh Khan's objectionable dialogue has hurt the faith of the Bishnoi community.

Shah Rukh tried to incite riots In the complaint, describing a scene from the film 'Anjam', Faizan said that Shah Rukh Khan comes from a particular religion. They want to incite riots by harming the Bishnoi community. In October, he complained to Mathania police station in Rajasthan's Jodhpur and the Bandra police, including the Mumbai police commissioner, about the police creating a rift between the two communities.

In the complaint given to the SSP, she has said that Shah Rukh Khan is threatening her and her family's life.

Conspiracy to trap me In this case, Faizan said that his SIM was used in threatening calls. He suspects that this is a conspiracy to trap them. He has complained about the matter to Raipur SSP Santosh Singh, in which he has stated that his family and his life are in danger.
