According to the scientific definition, the following symptoms can be observed in case of dysidophobia-
- A person suffering from 'decideophobia' is afraid of making decisions.
- Many times a person is unable to take even a small decision.
- This makes sufferers feel like having a panic attack at a critical moment of decision making.
- Symptoms like shortness of breath, feeling hot, nervousness, increase in blood pressure are seen during panic.
- In addition, other symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, nausea, sweating, tremors, and chest or abdominal pain are also observed.
Why can't we take decisions at the right time?

Apart from this, a person suffering from phobia may also have some other problems, such as-
- He has more negative thoughts about anything, which makes him afraid to take even small decisions.
- There may be times in your life when other people take it upon themselves to make decisions for you. This is why you have not learned to make decisions.
- Another possibility is that you may have made some decisions in the past that turned out to be bad and you thought “I always make bad decisions.” Because of this you cannot take any decision.
- There could be many reasons behind this, like you don't have the confidence to make a decision or you have some fear sitting in your mind.
