'Russia must be forced to stop war': Zelensky says at UNSC – talks alone won't solve, Putin himself won't back down

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has told the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) that dialogue alone is not enough to stop the war between Russia and Ukraine. According to Al Jazeera, Zelensky told the UNSC meeting in New York that Putin is committing international crimes. He has broken so many laws so far that he will not stop now.

The President of Ukraine said, this war will not end by itself. Putin is not going to stop fighting because of exhaustion. Russia will have to press for peace. Russia has so violated the UN Charter that there is no other option left.

Zelensky said that he will have to prepare for another peace summit. For this they have invited India, China and many other countries. The President of Ukraine said that all countries have to work together if Russia is to be stopped.

Zelensky has claimed that his victory plan will act as a bridge between Russia and Ukraine.
