A factory manufacturing MD drugs in Barmer, adjacent to the India-Pakistan border, has been seized. The factory used to manufacture large quantities of drugs and supply them to Rajasthan, Gujarat and major cities of the country. For some time now, this factory was being run by building a hut and a room in a deserted sandy area under the Ramsar Police Station of Barmer. A team of Gujarat's Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) raided the factory on Tuesday with the help of the local police. Drug making machines, liquids, chemicals, generators and other items have been seized from here. A youth has been detained. The negligence of Ramsar Police Station has also come to light in this matter. After this, SP Narendra Singh Meena has suspended 3 policemen including the Head Constable of Ramsar Police Station. According to information received from a youth arrested in Surat, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has taken action on MD drugs in Surat. In which a youth was arrested. During the interrogation, the youth informed that he had brought drugs from Barmer. NCB informed about this to Gujarat DRI. After this, Gujarat DRI team reached Barmer along with local police. Drug factories are shifting to Rajasthan Information was revealed that smugglers from Rajasthan were secretly buying MD drugs from Mumbai. The same criminals are now preparing consignments of drugs by setting up factories in deserted areas of Rajasthan. They deliver these drugs in Mumbai and Gujarat. According to the police, there is a crackdown on drug mafia in Gujarat and Maharashtra. In such a situation, mafias have started preparing drugs here by establishing a base in Rajasthan. Factories manufacturing MD drugs in Rajasthan's Jalore, Jodhpur and Sirohi have been seized. However, for the first time, a drug manufacturing factory has been caught in the border area of ​​Barmer. A drug factory was run by a gang of Sanchors who were making large quantities of drugs. who used to run this factory for 3 to 4 days a month, manufacture large quantities of drugs and then take them to Jalore and Sanchor areas and stock them. Then it was supplied to other major states of the country including Maharashtra through Ahmedabad. A desolate place chosen among the mountains was chosen for the drugs factory, where there is no house within a kilometer and a half. There is no way to get here. MD drugs were prepared by installing machines in huts and brick rooms. Police said that a youth has been detained from the spot, who is currently being interrogated. The involvement of Ramsar police station in this case is also being investigated.
