- Employee misbehavior- email causes burnout
In today's digital age, the line between work and personal life has almost disappeared. Smartphones and email have made work easier, but they have also created new challenges for employees. After coming home from work, getting emails and replying has become a common thing. But is this right for both employees and companies?
A new study reveals that having to answer emails even after work hours is dangerous for both the employee and the company. Because answering e-mails even after working hours causes stress to the employee and makes him a victim of burnout. It also has a negative effect on the productivity of the company. The trend of online connectivity among employees has also changed a lot. Compared to earlier, now employees can connect and work on platforms like e-mail, WhatsApp and Telegram. 315 employees participated in this survey.
Negative impact on family life too If employees are emailed even after working hours this can be held responsible for their misbehaviour. Due to this, employees feel that they are connected to work even in ordinary life. It reduces their ability to work and also has a negative impact on their family life.
