Protest against Indian High Commission in Dhaka: BNP leader says – If India asks us for Chittagong, we will take back Bengal, Bihar and Odisha

The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) took out a long march in front of the Indian High Commission in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, on Sunday in protest against India. However, the police stopped the march midway. A delegation of the BNP was then allowed to present a memorandum to the Indian High Commission with the help of the police.

Meanwhile, BNP joint general secretary Ruhul Kabir Rizvi made anti-India statements. Rizvi said- India can hurt Bangladesh at every step. He gave shelter to Sheikh Hasina because she is not liked by the people of Bangladesh. India cannot be friends with anyone.

He said that if India wants Chittagong, we will take back Bengal, Bihar and Odisha. There is a lot of communalism in India. Sheikh Hasina ruled Bangladesh for 16 years only with the blessings of Delhi. Even India has not said anything about the killing of lawyer Alif.

Let us tell you that on November 26 in Chittagong, lawyer Saiful Islam alias Alif died during a demonstration in support of Chinmoy Prabhu. It is not known how the lawyer died.

BNP leader Ruhul Kabir Rizvi says that Sheikh Hasina ran the government in Bangladesh for 16 years with the help of Delhi.

Crowds gathered outside the Indian High Commission in the capital Dhaka during the Long March.

Meanwhile, tight security arrangements have been made in front of the Indian High Commission since morning. Three platoons of army and police are also present here. Meanwhile some common passengers were also stopped and questioned if they looked suspicious.

By burning wife's Indian saree performed Ruhul Kabir Rizvi is constantly giving anti-India statements. A few days ago they protested against India by burning Indian sarees. He then appealed to all party workers to boycott all Indian products.

Rizvi burnt his wife's sari and called for boycott of all Indian products.

Anti-India sentiments have gained momentum in Bangladesh since the fall of Sheikh Hasina's government on August 5, 2024. Many leaders and fundamentalist groups belonging to the Bangladesh Nationalist Party are constantly making statements against India.
