People do not directly vote for the President, Electors are elected

of America Candidates are not directly voted in presidential elections. Electors are elected in their place, who contest the election in the name of the presidential candidate. The number of electors in each state is fixed.

Generally, the presidential candidate in the state in which he gets the most votes gets all the seats in that state.

Let us understand this with an example. For example, Pennsylvania has 19 electoral votes. If the Republican Party gets 9 votes and the Democratic Party gets 8 votes, all 19 electoral votes will go to the Republican Party because of the higher number of votes. This is the trend in 48 states of America.

The states of Nebraska and Maine have different systems. In these states, the number of electoral votes a party gets, the number of seats it gets. For example, Trump got 1 electoral vote in Maine in this election and Kamala Harris also got 1 electoral vote i.e. 1-1 seat from Maine.

Trump will give Musk a free hand in American-global markets Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, openly supported Donald Trump in this election. Trump got Rs. Musk's company SpaceX could benefit the most. The number of contracts will increase. The legal hurdles Musk's company is facing will be reduced. Currently, 19 cases are pending against Musk's companies. Musk's self-driving vision and robo-taxi plans will get the green light. Musk is also likely to play a role in the Trump administration.

Vivek Ramaswamy, Kash Patel and Bobby Jindal of Indian origin may get important posts in the Trump administration. Ramaswamy's place in the cabinet is possible. Trump himself has praised him. Patel, who has experience in defense and intelligence sector, is likely to be given responsibility related to national security.
