Nobel in Economics to 3 economists from America-Britain: They explained the impact of political institutions on the progress of society, why poor countries are deprived of development

Three scientists from America and Britain have been awarded the Nobel Prize in Economics. Winners include Turkish-American Darren Acemoglu, British-American Simon Johnson and Briton James A. Robinson included.

He received this honor for his research on the formation of various political and social institutions and their impact on the progress of society. The three economists said how poor countries have not been able to develop like rich countries despite years of progress.

Winners explained the impact of political institutions on society in 3 ways…

first- How are resources distributed? Who has decision making power in society? Based on that there is a conflict between the rich class and the common people.

Second- People organize and sometimes threaten the ruling class. By doing this he makes the government agree with him. So it can be said that the power of society is not limited to making only a few decisions.

third- Often the rich ruling class is forced to cede decision-making power to the people.

woman Economist gets Nobel for 2023 The Nobel for 2023 was awarded to Claudia Goldin of America. She was given the honor to better understand the work of women and their contribution to the market.

The Nobel committee called Goldin's research on the labor market excellent. Her research provided information on discrimination against women in the labor market and their earnings.

Indian economist Amartya Sen won the Nobel Prize in 1998 Amartya Sen is the only Indian to have received this honor in 1998. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences for his contributions to welfare economics and social choice theory.
