Japanese man sleeps only 30 minutes for 12 years: Says – I don't feel tired, regular exercise and drinking coffee helped

A man in Japan has been sleeping only 30 minutes a day for the past 12 years. Daisuke Hori, a 40-year-old man, says he has trained his body and mind so that he doesn't need much sleep. He did this to increase working capacity. Hori is a businessman by profession. He spends 16 hours a week in the gym. According to the South China Morning Post, Hori started sleeping less 12 years ago. He also started the Japan Short Sleepers Training Association in 2016. Here he gives classes on health and sleep to people. 2100 students trained on short sleep So far they have taught 2100 students the trick to stay healthy even with very little sleep. Hori said, as long as you are doing sports and exercising, you won't have any problem. Drinking coffee an hour before eating food also proves helpful in this. This prevents both sleepiness and fatigue. Japan's Yomiuri TV also did a show on Hori's routine. In this he recorded Hori's entire work of 3 days. During this period, he slept only 26 minutes a day. Hori says, getting a good night's sleep is more important than sleeping for many hours. If we can sleep well even for a little while then there is no need for long sleep. The doctor said – due to lack of sleep, the memory becomes weak, there is a risk of heart disease. Doctors say that for a normal person, it is necessary to sleep for 6-8 hours every day. It helps in getting ready for the next day by removing the tiredness of the mind and body. Apart from this, it also reduces the risk of heart-attack. According to doctors, too little sleep is not suitable for everyone. It can also have many side effects. Prolonged sleep deprivation increases the risk of memory loss, immune system and heart related diseases. He passed away in the year 2020 at the age of 92. Prahlad Jani was kept in ICU for 24 hours in the year 2003 to know the secret of his life. After that, 400 doctors and 20 committees conducted research monitoring the changes in his body. After this the tests were conducted again in 2007. In 2009, the Delhi team also conducted research in the presence of 6 witnesses. However, the secret of his life has never been known.
