Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar has come before the world after 20 years. In Pakistan, he gave a speech against India and PM Modi among his supporters, to which the Ministry of External Affairs of India expressed objection.
External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said on Friday – Pakistan has always said that Azhar is not in its country. Azhar's speech in such a situation exposes Pakistan's hypocrisy.
Azhar was the mastermind of the 2019 Pulwama terror attack and was declared a global terrorist by the United Nations Security Council. We demand that strict action be taken against him and justice be given to him.
According to media reports, the video was released on Jaish's digital platform on December 3. In which Masood gave a speech against India, PM Modi and Israeli PM Netanyahu. Also referring to Babri, he said that there are not even 300 people who can fight to bring back my Babri? This video of Masood Azhar is no longer available on social media.

Gave a speech in the madrasa According to reports, Azhar delivered the speech from the Umm-ul-Qura madrasa and mosque complex in Bahawalpur, Pakistan.
This is the same place that the Pakistani government claimed to have captured in 2019, but according to local residents, it is still under the control of Jaish-e-Mohammed and armed guards are deployed for security.
In the speech, Masood also revealed a new conspiracy to spread terror in Kashmir and Palestine. He called Netanyahu a rat. In the speech, he also appealed to people to join Jaish-e-Mohammed.
Apart from the Parliament attack, Azhar also masterminded the Pathankot-Pulwama attack Azhar is responsible for not one but many terror attacks in India. Apart from Parliament attack, Masood is also the mastermind of Pathankot attack in 2016. According to the Delhi Police's chargesheet in the case, Masood used Jaish-e-Mohammed cadres to carry out attacks on India. He also got them to attack Ramjanmabhoomi in Ayodhya in 2005 and CRPF jawans in Pulwama in 2019.
Apart from this, Masood is also responsible for the 2016 Uri attack and the attack on the Indian Consulate in Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan. Azhar was close to al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden and Taliban founder Mullah Omar.
Masood Azhar first came to India in 1994 Masood Azhar arrived in Delhi from Dhaka on January 29, 1994 in a flight from Bangladesh. In 1994, Azhar entered Srinagar using a fake identity. Its aim was to ease tensions between the Harkat-ul-Jihad al-Islami and Harkat-ul-Mujahideen factions.
Meanwhile, India arrested him from Anantnag for his involvement in terrorist activities. At that time Azhar said – Islamic soldiers have come from 12 countries to liberate Kashmir. We'll answer your carbines with rocket launchers.
Four years later, in July 1995, 6 foreign tourists were kidnapped in Jammu and Kashmir. The kidnappers demanded the release of Samood Azhar in exchange for the tourist. Meanwhile, in August, two tourists managed to escape from the captivity of the kidnappers. However, no information could be found about the rest.
The Indian government released Azhar after the plane hijack in 1999
This picture is from 1999, when terrorists hijacked an Indian plane and took it to Afghanistan.
On December 24, 1999, an Indian airliner from Kathmandu to Delhi was hijacked by Azhar's brother and other terrorists. He took her to Kandahar, Afghanistan, which was then ruled by the Taliban. There was a demand for the release of three terrorists including Masood Azhar in exchange for those caught in the plane.
The terrorists' demands were met and Masood was released. After this he fled to Pakistan. The Chinese government has repeatedly protected Masood from being declared a global terrorist by the UNSC. In 2009, for the first time, Azhar was proposed to be included in the list of global terrorists. Subsequently, four times in a row, China did not allow the proposal to pass due to lack of evidence.
Declared a global terrorist in 2019
In October 2016, China again defended Azhar to the UNSC, going against India's resolution. After this, in 2017, the US raised a demand in the UNSC to declare Azhar a terrorist but China intervened again. However, in May 2019, China lifted its block and Masood was declared a global terrorist by the UNSC.
