Music plays an important role in American presidential elections. But when Republican candidate Donald Trump used the song in his election campaign, there was a huge controversy. Artists such as singer Beyonce, Rihanna and Jack White have accused Trump's team of using songs without permission. In contrast, Democratic candidate Kamala Harris's use of the song in the campaign has not caused any controversy, and she is also receiving strong support from artists.

Kamala's 2024 presidential campaign kicked off with Beyoncé's hit song 'Freedom'. Beyoncé herself gave him permission to use the song. But Beyoncé flatly refused to let Trump use the song. Kamala's campaign is not restricted to the use of music alone.Beyond Beyoncé, other famous artists such as Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish and Phineas O'Connell have also lent their support to Kamala's campaign. These actors have praised Kamala's commitment to democracy.

Trump's election campaign is facing legal problems over the use of music without permission. A case was recently filed against Trump over the use of the song 'Seven Nation Army' by the rock band White Stripes. A lawsuit alleging copyright infringement has been filed in a New York court. Earlier artists like Neil Young, Rihanna and the Rolling Stones have also protested against the use of their songs against Trump. Neil Young has sent a legal notice to Trump for using 'Rocking in the Free World' without permission.
