Former US President Donald Trump has been attacked once again. According to CNN, the shooting happened near Trump's International Golf Club in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Secret Service has informed that Trump is safe.
The FBI has been given responsibility for investigating the incident. The FBI said they are treating the incident as an “attempted murder.” Authorities said the suspect was carrying an AK-47-like rifle with a barrel and a GoPro camera.
According to the report, Trump was playing golf when a Secret Service agent saw the suspect walking past the golf course with a rifle. The gunman was about 300-500 yards away from Trump. The agent then fired at him, after which he left his gun and fled in a black SUV.
The Secret Service took a picture of his car's number plate. After this he was cornered on the highway and arrested. The incident took place at 11:30 pm Indian time on Sunday, which was 2 pm in the US.
According to law enforcement, the suspect has been identified as 58-year-old Ryan Wesley Roth of Hawaii. About two months ago, Trump was fatally attacked during a rally in the American state of Butler, Pennsylvania, with a bullet passing through his ear.

I heard gunshots around me, but I want to be clear before any rumors spread about this incident. I know I'm fine and I'm safe.” Trump further said, “Nothing will stop me from campaigning. I will never give up. I will always love you for your support.” After this incident, Trump went to his home Mar-e-Lago. The White House said that President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have been informed of the incident. Both have expressed relief that Trump is safe.
