Claim: LinkedIn founder to leave country as soon as Trump becomes president: Helped defamation case against Trump; He supported Kamala in the election

LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman may leave America as soon as Donald Trump takes the oath of office. According to a New York Post report, Hoffman fears that Trump may target his political opponents after becoming president.

Hoffman actually endorsed Kamala Harris during the presidential election. He helped Kamala's Democratic Party with $10 million (roughly Rs. 85 crore) for its election campaign. Hoffman even said that he wished Trump had died when the assassination attempt was made.

New York magazine writer E. Jean Carroll sued Trump for defamation in 2019. In this case too, Hoffman helped Carroll financially against Trump. Now Hoffman fears that Trump may retaliate against him once he becomes president.

Author E. Jean Carroll alleged that Trump sexually assaulted her in the 1990s in the dressing room of a clothing store in Manhattan.

Trump was fined Rs 747 crore

In 1996, the jury found E. Trump was indicted in the Jean Carroll sexual assault case. After this, Trump was fined 5 million dollars (about 42 crore rupees today). Trump later claimed that Carroll was lying about sexual harassment. He was falsely accused.

Carroll then sued Trump for defamation. In this case, the court ordered Trump to pay 83.3 million dollars (about 705 crore rupees today) to Carroll as damages.

Fear of being named even in the Epstein Island case

According to the Wall Street Journal, Stephen visited Epstein Island in 2014. The reason behind this visit is never known. Now Hoffman fears that Trump may release a list of people who were Epstein's clients. Tesla CEO Elon Musk also agreed with this by replying to a post on X.

Donald Trump promised before the election that he would release the Jeffrey Epstein documents if he won the presidential election. Jeffrey Epstein was a New York and Florida financier on trial for sex trafficking.

Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide in his prison cell in 2019. He was also accused of sexual exploitation of minors. Epstein was known for inviting high profile people to his private islands and luxury homes. Many famous people's names are associated with Epstein.

This photo was taken in Florida in 1997. It features Jeffrey Epstein and former President Donald Trump together.

These people also include the names of Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Stephen Hawking, Michael Jackson, David Copperfield, Leonardo DiCaprio. However, Trump has said he had no involvement with Epstein. However, they knew each other. Trump said he was a good salesman and a good person.

According to media reports, Hoffman is not the only one considering leaving the country after Trump becomes president. Many billionaires of the country are included in this list. One such name is Sam Altman, CEO of Open AI. Sam and Elon have been enmity for a long time. Elon is close to Trump, which may cause trouble for Sam.
