A case has been registered against Hindu religious leader Chinmoy Prabhu and his supporters in Bangladesh's Chittagong for the clash in the court premises. According to the Dhaka Tribune, on November 26 supporters of Chinmay Krishna Das attacked Inamul Haq, an activist of the Islamic advocacy organization Hefazat-e-Islam Bangladesh, among others while returning from court.
Chinmoy Prabhu has been made the main accused in the case registered on the complaint of right. Apart from this, 164 named and about 500 unknown people are also accused.
Enamul Haque claims that she was targeted for wearing a Punjabi kurta and cap. In this attack, he was injured in his hand and head. According to reports, some people rescued him and admitted him to Chittagong Medical College Hospital.
Chinmay Prabhu is accused of sedition. On November 26, the Dhaka court rejected his bail plea. Chinmoy Das's bail hearing has been adjourned till January 2.
Official level talks between Bangladesh-India Amid tensions between the two countries, India's Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri today met Bangladesh's Foreign Adviser Mohammad Tauheed Hussain. After this meeting, Vikram Misri said – We also discussed the recent developments and told him about our concerns regarding the security of minorities. Today's meeting has given us both an opportunity to review our relationship.

Hindu leaders are receiving threats. ISKCON-affiliated religious leader Chinmoy Krishna Das has been in police custody since November 25 on charges of sedition.
