Womanology: The Psychological Cleansing of the Empowered Woman

If the government's cleanliness drive at night doesn't get the expected response, the Diwali cleaning drive doesn't need any advertisements or banners. Diwali is in full swing. The 'happy' experiences of cleaning, decorating and shopping have begun. And especially these three experiences are closely related to woman. In every corner of the house, we have seen women disposing of small dust or unwanted things from the gardener, abherai or osari. Today we are going to talk about cleaning life and cleanliness of emotions. From time to time certain relationships, certain experiences and certain memories have to be purged. An emotion that has been dragged on for a long time goes to the subconscious mind and 'rules'. Some Suggestions in Psychological Cleansing Campaign Emotional Cleansing: At any stage of life, when it comes to prioritizing, certain feelings become more intense. This emotion occupies so much space that it becomes present in any talk, action or thought. Emotions that do not have meaning and logic, emotions that are only relevant to that situation, emotions that permeate every other aspect of life like particles, should be weakened as quickly as possible. When you feel that your emotions create misunderstandings for others or become your weakness, clean them up. Cleaning up relationships: A trending term in social media parlance is the toxic person. All the so-called psychologists around today also talk a lot about toxic relationships. Basically no one becomes toxic suddenly. When the behavior is not according to our convenience and expectation, we call it toxic. In the language of psychology, some people are high in 'emotional pollutants'. It is necessary to keep a safe distance from someone who is constantly hungry for attention, gets it wrong in small things, you have to speak carefully and carefully. Cleaning up memories: It's fine if old experiences enrich or make sense of new experiences, but we give so much space to some memories that there isn't enough room for new experiences to come in. If there are memories, they may remain in some corner of the mind. Remembering it every now and then and keeping it fresh does not heal old wounds. Hence, there is no need to put some memories in a show case every day. Cleanliness in social practice: When there is too much distance between our inner life and our social life, confusion and complexity increase. We are overwhelmed with so many social interactions. Understanding the behaviors that need to be tolerated to stay in society's good books can provide long-term relief by reducing or completely eliminating them over time. Take for example any superstitious custom. We drag it even though we know it. If we remove from life those practices which are very superficial, fake and heavy, the weight in the mind will be reduced.
