Targeting: Success: The sum of logic, planning and consistency

Forest Limbasia. Philosophy enthusiast Kawanbhai L. of Ahmedabad. d. Computer Engineering from an engineering college. Birthplace Jamnagar. He also did school from there. Love to read. While in college, there was a friend whose idea was to take the civil services exam. Kawanbhai had no idea of appearing for civil service exam but a school friend had a dream to appear for this exam. He was still in college and visited Ahmedabad 'SPIPA' with a friend to get information about the exam. Jai from 'Googlebaba' after getting some idea about civil services exam. Know the complete details of the exam from the internet. It occurred to me that the nature of the exam is according to what one likes to read. An idea came to mind that we can move forward in this direction. Choosing a career is always challenging. Especially at that age when options are plentiful and the mind is fickle. Like a mountain every peak is stretching and like the sea every ship is able to lead to a new world. At such times one has to walk with a balance of both logic and imagination. Kavanbhai took the famous 'CAT' exam for management. He passed but decided to take up a job at that time. Worked in a computer company for two years. Raised necessary financial support during preparation. If the 'SPIPA' exam is done then move forward or make a career in the technical field. The entrance exam of SPIPA is also competitive. About 100 candidates get admission in Ahmedabad 'SPIPA' out of about twenty-twenty five thousand candidates. This test is a litmus test for the candidate. Say to any civil service officer in the government town of Gandhinagar, if you are preparing for civil service, the most common question you will get is whether you took admission in 'SPIPA' or took the 'SPIPA' exam? The risk-taking friends who spend the crucial years of their youth burning themselves within the closed walls of the library meet in various institutions like 'SPIPA' and 'SPIPA'. Kawanbhai also became a part of the dreamland of 'SPIPA', the Civil Services Examination was no longer just a fantasy but a real goal. Preliminaries preparation was easy for Kawanbhai. Since 'CAT' exam was given some part of Civil Services Aptitude Test or 'CSAT' was already prepared. The objective part of General Studies was grasped due to love of reading. Passed preliminary in first attempt. Mains was a challenge. There was no skill in writing descriptive answers. Kavanbhai's Vijayarath stopped in the first mans. Kavanbhai did not stop. Preparation continued. Removed personal limitations on writing including essay. There was a group of friends. Reading time is limited but discussions are long with friends on every subject. A new source, a new subject, everything was found there. If an issue was not understood, the solution would be found only from a friend. Due to the mixing of different points of view of friends, one's own independent multidimensional thought can be formed. There was no need to memorize everything as any point would be assimilated through deep discussions. Philosophy was his main elective subject. In the personality test, Kawanbhai got questions from his detailed application form. Hobbies like reading, table tennis and movies are listed in it. Questions came from the field of philosophy. Interview board questions were also asked on issues like liquor ban. A logical approach led Kavan Limbasia to targeting. A long term plan was in mind. After two years of service, made two attempts for civil services and cleared the exam in the second attempt. He became an officer of Indian Revenue Service-Income Tax. At present, he is serving as Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax at Rajkot. Logic, planning and consistency are the essence of Kavan Limbasia's targeting. }
