Nundhatad village of Abdasa of Kutch where the rule is not by the balcony of the abhan but by the dagger of the eye. The dry stretch of the river flows away as a sign of absence of rain. A student named Hitesh Joysar was climbing the steps of a government school in a village where millet stalks were rhythmic with the wind blowing in the distance. Village school, fun to play, no fear of exams, no involvement with government services even at home. Parents are also involved in agriculture. Hiteshbhai's childhood memory is also playing with his friends and uncle's boys in the village paddies. Study was good. The name of Civil Service Exam was first heard during Navratri of Class IX. There was a doctor in his village. Everyone wants to be a doctor in childhood. So Hiteshbhai asked, 'What to do to become a doctor?' But that doctor himself was preparing for civil service. Hiteshbhai heard this word for the first time. Even the doctor may not have an idea of how long the word has to travel! Hiteshbhai chose commerce. Studied in Bhuj's Commerce College. He used to live here in the hostel of his society. The word was still directionless but here Dr. Jitendra Nanda was introduced and pointed in the direction of Ahmedabad. Packed the bag of dreams and started walking towards Ahmedabad. First 'Sardar Patel Seva Samaj' then 'SPIPA'. Passed 'SPIPA' exam at a young age. This is the advantage of starting to read a little in college. In the 2000s there was an awareness of civil service in Gujarat, but the options were limited. Candidates learn from their own mistakes. He took the exam for the first time. No success in preliminaries. For the second time too, success in the preliminaries was elusive. He was slowly coming to understand both his weakness and strength. It is only self-reflection of the candidate that keeps him from going in the wrong direction. All subjects should be given equal justice in civil service examination. Hiteshbhai started working on weaker subjects. Reading from Monday to Saturday and revision on Sunday afternoon. Read old and new question papers, solved questions from them. Try to understand what the questioner is expecting. Instead of underlining the notes, the essence of the subjects started to be understood. After reading the question, the brain starts preparing the answer from the memory and understanding. Now they were ready. At that time two main optional subjects had to be chosen. Philosophy and Public Administration as his subjects. He chose philosophy as a subject. Philosophy of strategy in civil service is a subject that can be prepared in a limited time. If the understanding is deep, the subject stands by the candidate even after the exam. Hiteshbhai's pen does not stop. Then he came and stood at the door of the personality test. A child climbing the steps of the primary school of Nundhatad village was standing in front of Delhi's 'Dholpur House' with dreams. During this period, Hiteshbhai had worked in 'State Bank of India' and 'Life Corporation of India'. Along with civil services, he also gave other exams regularly. The interview was based on Hiteshbhai's background. Questions came on topics like philosophy, banking, public administration, Kutch border security etc. Sahajbhava gave the answers. After so much preparation, one must have expectations for oneself. Expectation fulfilled. Targeting achieved. Hitesh Joysar became an officer of the Indian Police Service. He got the selection of Gujarat cadre. Now he is S. in Surat Rural. P. Serves as They say times have changed. The prevalence of technology has increased. The competition has become fierce but the man at the edge of the country can get ahead by using innovative technology. If necessary, only to awaken the powers within oneself. }
