Shmeer is the crown jewel of India, a heaven on earth, but also one of the most unfortunate regions on earth. Thus, in today's era of borderline nationalism, border regions are suffering everywhere. Not just India, everywhere. This is because the cultural affinity of border people is more with the region and people across the border and less with the people and region in the middle of the nation. Because of this, their presence is underestimated and their loyalty to the nation is viewed with suspicion. For most rulers, the frontier region was not more important than the land (estate). It is land and the state owns the land. The wishes and aspirations of the people living there are of no value, but Kashmir is the most unfortunate of all. When Kashmir merged with India, the people of Kashmir were called three things: Insaniyat, Jamburiyat (democracy) and Kashmiriyat. Out of these Insaniyat and Jamburiyat are universal, but unfortunately Kashmiriyat is not universally accepted even in Jammu and Kashmir and there is no such thing as Kashmiriyat universal so the rulers tamper with both Insaniyat and Jamburiyat. This is the reason why Kashmir is more unfortunate. Jammu and Kashmir is a creation of a bargain between Maharaja Gulab Singh and the British. Yes, the British sold those territories to the Maharaj of Kashmir and merged them to form the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir. There are Hindus, Sikhs, Muslims in the Kashmir valley, Buddhists and Shia Muslims in Kargil and Ladakh, and tribal Shia Muslims in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, and all of them are not particularly related to each other due to the geography of Kashmir. Most of the relationship is between the Pandits and the converted Muslims in the valley, but their religion is different and hence they are used as pawns in Jamburiyat politics. If there is such a thing as Kashmiriyat, it is only for Pandits and Muslims in the Valley, they hold it dear, but both are at odds. The rulers have now pitted them against each other. Ladakh has been separated from Jammu and Kashmir. Kashmir Valley and Jammu have been stripped of their statehood. It is currently a Union Territory type of state. Pandits living in Jammu camps have been turned into anti-Kashmir Hindus. Leave Kashmiri and become a Hindu. Hindutva has ruled the country for ten years, but the Pandits have not gone back to their village in the valley. It is not possible as long as there is tension. We will help nurture your sense of revenge, leave behind dreams of seeking justice and settling back in the valley. Many people find the satisfaction of victory in revenge. This is the backdrop to the recently held assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir. The Hindus of Jammu have been pitted against the Muslims of Kashmir and the Pandits have been pitted on this side of the Pir Panjal. The less the sense of unity based on regional identity, the less humanity there is, and where there is no humanity, where is the Jamburiyat! The same is being seen in Manipur. There Maiti and Kuki face each other. Central government did not want to hold elections. It had to be held because the Supreme Court ordered the Election Commission. The Supreme Court has also ordered the central government to grant full statehood to Jammu and Kashmir. Given the current election results, I don't think the central government will grant full statehood to Jammu and Kashmir unless the Supreme Court takes a stern role. Conversely, the separation is complete. The seats of Jammu in the Legislative Assembly of Jammu and Kashmir have been increased by reconstituting the constituencies. The arrangement is such that Jammu and Kashmir is ruled by a Hindu Chief Minister despite the fact that Jammu and Kashmir has a Muslim majority. A few bikau wot Katwa in the Valley to produce who are Muslim. If someone breaks ten seats in the Katwo Valley, the game is over. This time, Rashid Engineer was released on bail from a special jail and sent to Kashmir Valley. These hoofs were said to be terrorists and traitors. Yes, the same Rashid Engineer whose dark deeds in the film 'Kashmir Files' made devotees cry. This time the plan is not successful, but it is not sure that it will not be successful in the future, but the question is that if a Hindu Chief Minister rules in Jammu and Kashmir, what difference will it make except for the hollow satisfaction of showing? Be it Kashmir Valley or Manipur, if you go and live there, you will find it only when there is peace. And if the ultimate goal is, in the parlance of the Union, Kashmir's 'harmony' with India, its path is different. Guns are not compatible, no matter how many bullets are in the gun. Where we stand now, the best course is for the central government to grant full statehood to Jammu and Kashmir and cooperate with the National Conference and Congress government to be formed in the state.}
