Reason conclusion: If you say something, it will be talked about

Ramesh Ojha

There was an unwritten rule till the Goa governments that domestic political matters of the country should not be discussed abroad. If you want to praise your Prime Minister on foreign soil, do it and if you don't, don't, don't criticize. On the other hand, neither the Prime Minister nor any leader of the ruling party said on foreign soil that the opposition parties do not allow me to work or that the history of the opposition parties is bad. Another tradition was to go on foreign soil to show national consensus about foreign policy, not to express differences. Be it the United Nations or any other platform, people from all parties should speak with one voice. If the Indian delegation went to that forum, it was made up of all the parties. Often it is chaired by the leader of the opposition party like P. V. During Narsingh Rao's time, the delegation that went to the UN Human Rights Committee to represent India on behalf of Pakistan's complaint was led by Atal Bihari Vajpayee and the then Foreign Minister Salman Khurshid was its only member. In 1986, Rajiv Gandhi sent Atal Bihari Vajpayee to America and said, 'Vajpayeeji muze malum hai ki aap ko kidni ki problema hai. You should go to America for full treatment.' At that time BJP had only two seats in the Lok Sabha. how much Only two and Atal Bihari Vajpayee himself lost the election. On the other hand, Congress had 414 seats in the Lok Sabha. But all this is before 2014. If you feel like being proud, be proud. That is not to say that political leaders did not criticize each other. Even truer than when giving interviews to foreign newspapers or magazines, but mainly about economic matters. India should adopt a right-wing economic policy and give opportunities to talented Indian entrepreneurs to venture free from government restrictions, says C. Rajagopalachari has said many times. Similarly, the leftist leaders were advocating socialism and criticizing the current government as being pro-industrialists. Capitalist, communist and socialist leaders of India who would even go abroad to participate in those forums and present their views. This was an unwritten tradition and was followed. This does not mean that the world was not aware of what was happening in India. Everyone knows everything. There are about one hundred desks in the Ministry of External Affairs of India. A separate desk for any country important to India. Apart from this there is no desk for NATO countries, desk for European Union, desk for Pacific countries, desk for Muslim countries etc. It consists of people who know the country or region and have become experts because of years of being in charge of it. So all the countries know all about what is happening where and what the ruler of which country is like, but the political leaders maintain nobility. Now the tradition is broken. More than fifteen times on foreign soil Prime Minister Narendra Modi has criticized Jawaharlal Nehru, Congress governments, Congress party, all previous governments. Since the Prime Minister broke the tradition, now other leaders have started breaking the tradition. Mainly Rahul Gandhi is criticizing. While Narendra Modi criticizes his predecessors, Rahul primarily criticizes the ideology of the Sangh, abuse of power, activities to undermine democracy, etc. The rulers of the democratic countries of the world go by the indirect means. India's rulers have been criticized in many forums around the world for advocating democracy, human rights and personal freedom, and India's reputation has gone down in various ratings. Who does not know all this? But if the leader of the opposition party of India goes abroad and says the same thing, it can be seen as treason. The requirement of honesty is that if you believe in Hindu nation and the Indian nation as envisaged in the constitution is not acceptable then say our concept of Indian nation is different. At home, you are talking about the Hindu nation! Show what you want. No one can criticize Rahul Gandhi once he says it and shows it. If you clarify the concept, the world will also discuss how the majority nationalism can be nervous and innocent. Let us try to understand from the Hindutva leaders of India. They may also offer two important pieces of advice. Nervous and naive majority nationalism will be more rampant. It may also happen that the Hindutva leaders of India become a beacon for the world. Even so, we are the world guru! If you speak, there will be discussion, if you speak, your imagination will be enriched, if you speak, then no joke of Rahul Gandhi or if you throw gravel on the pot, speak. }
