Neil Gagan Ke Taale: Wrestler, Kalal and Kaviraj!

In America's current frenetic climate of presidential election buzz, from cookbook to referendum, with one candidate comparing himself to Abraham Lincoln, Gaganwala dives into the internet to learn more about one of America's most revered presidents, Abraham Lincoln. You know Lincoln was not only a great politician, he was also a skilled wrestler! Yas, the wrestler, like the champion Gama! In his 12-year career as an Alamst Malla, he fought 300 bouts, winning each one, losing only once. In addition to being a pioneer, before entering politics, Abraham Lincoln ran a liquor store in a partnership in a village called New Salem in the middle of the state of Illinois! Ok, there was a politician, a wrestler, a liquor salesman, but was Lincoln a poet too? He published long poems and sent them in letters to close friends. One of his longer works, 'My Childhood-Home I See Again', was based on his feelings of sadness and longing on visiting his childhood home. And prepare for one more surprise, Manaraj! Lincoln was the patent holder inventor B! Inventor! In 1849, he was granted a patent for some device for navigating a boat in shallow water or a river. Lincoln was an animal lover, he kept two cats in the White House, and kept rabbits, American poultry, turkeys, horses, and two beloved goats in the White House yard. With his imposing height of 6 feet 4 inches, Abraham Lincoln was the tallest President in American history, who was also known for his gentle demeanor and gentle nature. Lincoln wore a long top in the shape of a millstone popular at the time. And the strange thing is that the top was used by President Sir-ji to keep memo papers or important notes inside the top! Lincoln's photos or pictures may or may not have a long top, but his stubby beard is a must. Because of wrestling, or whatever the reason, Lincoln Surrey didn't already have that beard. Legend has it that at the suggestion of an 11-year-old girl from New York, Grace Bedell, Lincoln grew a beard that would last until the end. Grace Bedell wrote to Lincoln that you have a very thin face so if you grow a beard you will look good and get more votes. It is well known that Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of America, played a crucial role in American history. The American Civil War followed his proclamation outlawing the cruel and merciless practice of slavery throughout the country, and Lincoln's leadership in the Civil War was instrumental in keeping the United States as a united nation and ended slavery in 1863. On November 19, 1863, President Abraham Lincoln delivered the 'Gettysburg Address' during the dedication of the Soldiers' National Cemetery in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. In this brief but powerful speech, Lincoln emphasized the principles of human equality as stated in the Declaration of Independence. He honored the soldiers who fought and died at Gettysburg and the address ended with a call for the 'rebirth of liberty' and the preservation of democratic government 'of the people, by the people, for the people'. Lincoln's call for humanity was not at all appealing to America's white slave-owners. In addition, some white leaders strongly objected to illiterate black slaves getting the same rights as whites. So he conspired to assassinate the three pioneers of this policy of 'equality', and thus re-establish slavery. He died on April 14, 1865, in Washington, D.C. Acting in the play 'Our American Cousin' at Ford's Theater in c., John Wilkes Booth, a popular actor of the day, shot and killed President Abraham Lincoln while he was acting in the play. Abraham Lincoln, the victim of an assassin, was America's first president. Fortunately, the assassination plots of the remaining two politicians failed. And today some leaders and congregations struggle to deport blacks, Jews, and other non-whites with the slogan that non-white Christians are inferior beings. Some presidential candidates tell the world that Lincoln may have freed blacks from slavery, but some of his results are good and some are questionable. That candidate says he himself has done more for black people than Lincoln. Yet legally the non-white population of America has the same rights as the white majority. A befuddled Lalloo might ask, 'Really?' Hail Jesus!
