She was working in a very good company in Bangalore. As his post was a little higher, most of the time was spent on work. Gradually the pressure of work started to increase and overtime started and there was no time for any other activity except work. Due to being away from home, a new social group was not even formed and being busy with work, there was no time to keep in touch with friends and relatives even on the phone. All of a sudden Vidhi started to feel that life was very dull under these circumstances. What will be gained by working so much? What is the purpose of life? Money, rupees, car, bungalow, clothes, ornaments, relationship, marriage, all these things are perishable. Finally, if everyone has to leave one day, then why work so hard? One should leave everything and find peace. Everything now seemed burdensome to him. Interest in work started to fade, appetite started to decrease, good salary started to seem insignificant to him. If marriage is talked about from home, he gets upset and starts crying. Finally he decided to resign from the job. These types of thoughts are called Experiential Thoughts in the language of psychology. These ideas have a prominent importance in Hindu scriptures. When it comes to spirituality, these thoughts come to everyone from time to time. The idea of what is the purpose of life is not just wrong. It's just time to think about what's wrong. After a certain age everyone decides to retire. Thinks of getting away from the responsibilities and passions of life. If we see this age in our scriptures in the fourth stage of life i.e. during sannyashram these thoughts are quite true but a young person comes to such thoughts in life when he is under a certain type of stress for a long time. This causes chronic stress and decreases happy hormones. Due to which the motivation to live life decreases. Everything feels stressful. Have to push yourself while doing any activity. This type of condition occurs when a person lives alone or is constantly inside a job where social connection is reduced. Every person has a spiritual spirit innately lying within them. If a little negativity is added to it, the interest in living is lost and instead of enjoying the happiness in life, a sense of giving up is born. Meanwhile logotherapy and cognitive behavior therapy can explain the main purpose of life to the person. The idea of spirituality is not necessarily right every time. Sometimes the disease of depression can lead to a desire to give up everything, which can be treated as a disease and reversed by treatment.
