Spread pizza sauce, sauteed vegetables, mozzarella cheese on the base and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Place basil leaves on the baked pizza and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and olive oil. Red Sauce Ingredients: Tomatoes-6 nos, chopped garlic-1 tsp, salt-as per taste, chili flakes-1 tsp, oregano-1 tsp, butter-half tsp, basil leaves-8 to 10 Method: Boil water in a large pot. Switch off the gas, mix the tomato sauce and let it cool completely. This sauce can be stored in a glass container for months. Pizza Base Ingredients: Flour-2 cups, Yeast-1 tsp, Salt-as per taste, Olive Oil-2 tsp Method: Mix two tbsp of water and yeast in a bowl and keep aside. Mix the flour, salt, olive oil and yeast mixture in a wide bowl. Add water as needed and make a soft dough. Cover with a muslin cloth and let rest for an hour. Then the flour is spread on the platform and softened by punching the flour on it for ten minutes and knocking it a little. Divide the dough and make pizza size loaves. Prepare the base by hand by rolling flour on a wooden board. This pizza base will be common to all gourmet pizzas. Bake it with your choice of sauce and toppings. Now add mozzarella cheese and basil leaves. Burrata cheese is now available in some places in the market, if you find it, the taste of the pizza will increase. Burrata cheese is placed in the center of the pizza before baking. Burrata cheese comes in round balls. As it heats up, it will spread over the pizza like a liquid. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy the taste of white pizza by cutting it with a pizza cutter. White Garlic Sauce Ingredients: Butter-2 tbsp, Fenugreek-2 tbsp, Garlic paste-1 tbsp, Salt-as per taste, Pepper powder, Parmesan cheese-half cup, Mozzarella cheese-half cup, Mix herbs-1 tbsp (oregano, rosemary , thyme, chili flakes), Method : Heat the butter in a pan and roast the fenugreek seeds and garlic in it. After it changes color a little and starts to smell, slowly pour milk and stir. Be careful not to stick. Now add mixed herbs and grated both the cheeses into it. It has to be kept stirring continuously on low heat for five to six minutes. Once a nice creamy mixture is ready, turn off the gas. Mix salt and pepper powder and let the sauce cool. Store the prepared sauce in a glass container.
