Hasmukh Patel We have been talking about tree growth since the last issue. Let's continue the discussion today. In the earlier times, tree cultivation and environmental awareness programs were not done but trees were planted. In our schools, bus stands, lake shores, railway stations, Paliya, there are trees that remind us of our grandfather. The so-called common and uneducated people have raised these trees without any inspiration. Are we illiterate in tree breeding or were they illiterate? Trees were part of our life. We couldn't do without it. Our houses were not so big, we used to sleep under trees except during monsoon. There were no fans in the house. A tree was needed to eat rice in the field, to eat lunch or to eat food, to feed the oxen. Today not only fans in our homes, a. C. have come We build houses in urban style even in villages. Wind cannot enter the house. Where is the need for wind? If we can run, we can run without oxygen. It will not be surprising if in the future we discover how to live without oxygen. Its products will be sold by private companies in the market and we will see huge advertisements given at our expense. We will not have time for our families. They may be spending more time with a mental health specialist than we are. Today, such experts are in short supply in America. There are examples of children of some of my acquaintances going to America to study this subject. I have heard that since electricity theft is easy, even in villages a. C. have become normal. Due to this, water is also wasted and some villages remain muddy all year round. A. What is the purpose of planting trees around the house if it gets cold of C.? But remember that, if we continue the lifestyle of environmental destruction that we have adopted in this way, the human race will also be included in the list of India's leopards and vultures. It has not happened yet because the poor around the world have not adopted that way of life. He is not in a position to do so. The whole world is trying to make them adopt the same lifestyle as us. Gandhiji has spoken very funny things. He said: 'To maintain the way of life which a small island like Britain has adopted has to exploit the founding of an institution in a quarter of the world. What will happen if a country like India adopts that lifestyle?' Unfortunately, we Indians are also colored by that lifestyle. If we want to stop the destruction of the earth, we have to go back to our eco-friendly lifestyle of a few decades ago. If we cannot do all the things of that time, we have to consciously make a good part of them part of our life. India has always shown the way to the world. Are we in that position today? For that we have to put roots in our soil instead of blind imitation of the West. Saying we are a Jagadguru does not make one a Jagadguru. Aptitude has to be developed for that. The word 'Guru' is not small. He is a person who always bows his head to Guru. We were once world gurus for every aspect of life. Are we living today to be respected by the world? Fortunately there are still 'old-fashioned' people like me in our society. Even happier than that, today we have an alert youth like never before. They are the ones who will guide the world, if we, the wandering elders, do not guide them. After all that darshan, let's get down to the action. Simple life, simple houses, simple and easy food, lightness and exercise, let's keep the measure of comfort without discomfort. While using the convenience, think how many homes there are in this world, where shopkeepers fight for a piece of bread, how many children go to bed hungry. Isn't our comfort born out of someone's exploitation? We have to keep asking ourselves that question. Currently, there are debates in global environmental meetings that rich countries should help poor countries considering the environmental damage they have done, but no consensus is reached. So much for happy people turning away from wasteful lifestyles and we stop copying their lifestyles. No one can stop the destruction of this world except me and you. Teeth grinding cold a. C. Certainly not conferences held in continents.}
