For Development: Everyone has to fight their own battles

Hasmukh Patel

I was asked some questions at a public event. The first question was: 'What is to be done about the cost of living that slows down our progress?' I said: 'That is not my experience. I have seen that life values make a man stronger. Gives him confidence. From a strong platform of values 52 man takes a leap of progress. A person of value swims apart from others, at first people oppose him or even laugh at him. Then they realize that their competition is not with him. Such a person also realizes that his competition is not with others. Then why such a question? In youth one has to struggle and compete a lot to succeed. First study, then employment, family and a person has to make efforts to get a place in the society. He also sees people who surpass him in it. His way is different than his, so he has a question in his mind that my way is not right or what? Will I be successful? As each person's path is different, so are their struggles. Everyone's questions are different. Everyone has their own battle to fight. It happens to us that those who we consider successful did not have to do any struggle and do not have to do it now and will not have to do any struggle in the future. But it doesn't happen like that. Their struggles are different. The question posed to the questioner shows his belief in the values of life. We see it as fear but in reality it is faith. If he does not have faith, he will not have such a question, he will take his own way by putting the values of life at the nave. Then what to do with his apprehension? Hold the path of values. If there is doubt in the mind, then discuss with people like yourself. Learn from their experiences. As you progress, you will find your way, increasing both your skill and confidence. In fact lack of confidence is at the root of the whole problem. In childhood, we all have problems. So we all suffer from lack of confidence. It is not the person's fault. Child rearing is responsible. This understanding will also give you strength. Your path is different. Understanding that your competition is not with them will also help you survive. If you survive, you will grow, you will grow stronger. You will not only get rid of your fears but also become an example for others. Gandhiji also passed through such a condition. When Wilayat went to study, he went there after sewing beautiful clothes. When Banda got down, he realized that he was the only one wearing clothes like his. He writes in his autobiography that he adopted a superficial and shallow way of cultivating 'civility'. Where the hobby men's clothes were sewn, the evening dress was put on for ten pounds. Brought gold achodo to brother from home. Standing in front of the mirror every day, it took ten minutes to straighten the tie and lay the tie. Started learning French and joined dance classes. Bought a violin and spent on learning it. Bought Bell's 'Standard Elusionist' book to learn eloquence and started Pete's speech. In the autobiography, Gandhiji writes: 'This Belsaheb rang a bell in my ear, I woke up.' He stopped making superficial attempts to become a member and became a student in the true sense. When I first read Gandhiji's autobiography in college, I thought it was my story. I went to Vadodara with two pairs of clothes from the village tailor and shoes sewn from the cobbler. S. I too had to go through a similar ordeal when I went to university. But it ended only when I read Gujarati literature and I realized that I am different from everyone else. My competition is not with others. If Gandhiji had to go through it, we are not the radishes of the garden? }
