October marks one year since Hamas attacked Israel. 1200 people in Israel were killed in this attack. This is the first attack in the recent past by a terrorist organization like Hamas to enter Israel. In turn, Israel attacked Palestinian-occupied Gaza, killing an unofficially close to one hundred thousand civilians, 70 percent of whom were women and children. Hospitals, residential houses and schools are not spared from this Israeli attack. As if this was not enough, Israel also attacked the residential areas of the West Bank of the Jordan River and its ground forces and artillery penetrated into southern Lebanon to wreak havoc. Hezbollah's top commander was executed. Similarly 10,000 km. Mossad also blew up a Hamas commander sitting under tight security in far away Iran. Proving its technological superiority, Israel recently killed thousands of people in Lebanon with pager blasts and walkie-talkie blasts. The US, while openly supporting Israel, has instructed its military forces to retaliate if any country attacks Israel and has sent a powerful naval fleet to act as a defensive wall between Israel and Iran. Iran fired 200 missiles at Israel, most of which were shot down by Israel's sky defense system and the US military. However, Israel has vowed to retaliate against Iran's attack. On October 7, 2024, there are demonstrations around the world in support of the Palestinians and rejecting this barbaric act of Israel against the Israeli aggression that has spread to Lebanon. Thousands of demonstrators gathered in nearly a dozen cities on the anniversary of the Hamas attack to condemn Israel's act of genocide and demand an early ceasefire in Lebanon and Gaza, demanding a ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon. Pro-Palestine protesters in New Zealand have reportedly clashed with right-wing extremist Christian group 'Destiny Church'. In New Zealand, according to Prime Minister Christopher Luxon, New Zealand favors restraint and a cessation of hostilities. He said that no military action could reduce the tension. According to Luxon, restraint, not revenge, should be the mantra adopted by both sides. Australia also held rallies and demonstrations in support of Palestine. Thousands of citizens and students participated in demonstrations held in cities across Pakistan. Prayers were also held in Delhi, the capital of India. Morocco's capital Rabat and Turkey were not left out. Around 1,000 people held a demonstration in New York's Times Square with photos of some of those killed in Gaza. Thus, the world has appealed to Israel to withdraw from this genocide and not to worsen the ongoing war and not to threaten global peace. However, on the other hand, as Israel continues its attacks on Lebanon and Gaza, this war curve has given rise to fears of terror. It can be said that a referendum has been held in the United States in sympathy with the Palestinians and against this heinous act of Israel, when the presidential election in the United States is less than a month away. Due to the genocide that Israel has done in Gaza, the impression of America has also deteriorated. There is an impression in the world community that Israel does not meet UN or America. If Donald Trump is elected as the US president, his policies will make Israel more aggressive. Donald Trump has made more than one statement that Israel would attack Iran's nuclear power plants and other atomic energy installations. If Israel adopts this kind of policy, it can be estimated that the war between Iran and Israel will worsen in the coming time and America will get more and more involved in it directly or indirectly. Crude oil and gold prices surged in the world market after Iran fired missiles at Israel. Saudi Arabia has changed its decision to reduce its crude oil production until the price of 100 dollars per barrel is reached, so the possibility of a big jump in the price of crude oil in the international market has decreased even if the war suddenly worsens. India thus buys 40 percent of the crude oil that Russia sells in the world market. Earlier China was the largest country that bought crude oil from Russia, now India has taken the place, so there is no possibility of any major upheaval in the Indian stock market due to the price of crude oil. Given all this, the possibility of a regional war on a large scale cannot be ruled out. The Israel, Hamas, Hezbollah, Lebanon, Iran war is now at a point where there are dire fears that if left unchecked, this war will lead the world to a limited regional war and possibly a devastating World War III. If 'Na Kare Narayana' and World War III breaks out involving the world's superpowers, it will wreak havoc on our Earthlings and no one will be spared. Let's hope nothing like this happens.}
