When such incidents happen, people blame the government and the police. The police try to stay within the limits of the law, but the incident happens, the offender is punished, but why the incidents of rape do not stop? Real serious efforts have to be made to know the reasons and remedies for the incidents of rape. In that also the role of home, school-colleges and society is bigger and more important than the government. Our country has adequate and strict laws against those who commit crimes like rape. The government or the police or the courts must do their duty, yet such incidents keep happening. So it means that efforts by law or police or courts are not enough. More efforts will have to be made. So the question is, who will make these efforts? So it can be definitely said that those efforts have to be made by home, school-college and society. The society and its organs are the most responsible, if anyone, for incidents like rape. When in the house one hears lies from the parent in small talk, when the parent breaks the minor law against the child, what will the child learn from such an environment? In fact the parent should provide an ideal environment in front of the child. What is true and good in small things or talk should be taught. For which a busy parent lacks time and willpower. Yes, one could argue, where does the guardian teach that wrong should be done. Yes, it does not teach that, but where does it even teach what is wrong and what is good? Where does it even teach that this should be done and this should not be done? And it is not enough to teach or impart knowledge, it is important to insist and lead to get it done. In short, many parents today fail to impart high culture, high values, high understanding in their children from childhood. Then when the child without understanding or values comes into the society and takes an independent decision, he does not hesitate to do wrong in the society. After home comes the second responsibility of school-college. Today's child comes into the society with knowledge, culture and values acquired from home and school-college. So schools and colleges also do not inculcate culture and values as much as they should. In fact, by developing understanding along with the knowledge of the subject matter, it is necessary to create such loyalty in the students that the student will follow certain things in the future and not follow certain things. Schools and colleges today are failing to create such loyalty and change the behavior and thinking of the child. Schools and colleges should provide role models in changing the beliefs of students. Non-textbook activities should be done in schools and colleges to meet one's needs and make the mind strong. After home, school-colleges comes the responsibility of society. Humans are social animals. He cannot live without society. Then the society should also deliberately make some efforts so that any individual respects and follows the policies adopted by the society. For this, different types of programs must be done in the society, but ideal examples should also be provided. Social organizations can do a lot for that, in which charitable organizations, temples and hospitals should also contribute. Finally, it can be said with certainty that certain types of crimes will continue to occur until the individual's mindset changes. So home, school-colleges and society should make efforts together, in which the government should provide necessary facilities or incentives.
