ABCD of management: management of prostate

B.N. Dastur In North India it is common to call psychology 'psychology'. The thing is not to be thrown away. Mind foraging can trap us. There is a list of mental diseases like the princess in the story that grows as much at night as it doesn't grow by day and grows by day as much as it doesn't grow at night. The famous psychologist Alfred Adler gave a new term in the terminology of psychology – inferiority complex. Lagutagranthi in Gujarati. A person trapped in such a gland has little confidence in himself. Since his self-esteem is low, he either falls into depression or often tries to limit himself in order to prove his presence and intelligence. Meningitis is not hereditary. It is based on our childhood experiences, mistakes we have made, social pressures. Disciplinary behaviors that are demanding, judgmental, comparing with others, and having very high expectations can lay the foundation for inferiority complex. In today's social media frenzy, hypothyroidism is becoming an infectious disease. Facebook and Instagram users receive signals that everyone else is prettier, more intelligent, more talented, and luckier. All went sour and I was left. If you find it difficult to fulfill the responsibilities you get in the workplace, you feel useless. Hypothyroidism has many forms: Low Self-Esteem : If your opinion of yourself is not healthy, you feel worthless and this feeling gradually increases. Social withdrawal: For fear of criticism, a person suffering from hypothyroidism becomes a social recluse. Perfect everything: In the growth of the pituitary gland, the belief that everything should be done perfectly becomes home. Time and energy continue to be wasted. Fear of negative feedback: A hypochondriac is afraid of negative feedback and 'overcompensates' in the language of psychology, acting out, reaching out, asserting his presence and intelligence. Fortunately, it is possible to resist hypothyroidism. Accept that humans are only fallible. A coward who never makes a mistake, every mistake is a teacher, every mistake has an opportunity hidden in it. Not every decision is right. If the moment is tilted towards success, fear fear. Keep increasing skills, knowledge and experience. Respect the limits of the responsibility to be fulfilled. In his book Lajwab Management Kita Gita, Kisan Maharaj says, 'Paradharma is desperate' (3/35) and 'a man who does prescribed karma does not attain sin.' (18/47). Guru of Organizational Behavior Prof. Stephen Robbins says 'Politics is an integral part of every organization.' Shire Shakeel says, 'Tera naam lene ko bazam mein koi aur haat badha na le.' If you are raw in resisting the negative politics playing in the organization, you will get an attack of inferiority complex. Keep giving positive signals to the mind. Keep self esteem high. Keep increasing skills, knowledge, experience to increase your confidence. If you have the necessary knowledge, experience, talent, the path will tilt towards success. Celebrate every success. The formula of the behavioral experts, Ghanu in the Torah, says, 'Keep learning faster than your competitors.'
