Woman's Under-19 World Cup: Pakistan beat Samoa by 52 runs; Nepal won by 7 wickets against Malaysia

Pakistan and Nepal won two matches played in the Woman's Under-19 World Cup on Friday. Pakistan beat the Samoa women's team by 52 runs for the first time playing the World Cup. Nepal beat Malaysia by 7 wickets.

Pakistan scored 136/8 with the help of Maham Anis's 28 runs and 25 runs of Fatima Khan. In reply, Samoa's team was reduced to 84 in 18.5 overs. Hania Ahmer took 4 wickets.

In another match played in Johar, Nepal dismissed the Malaysian team by 45 runs. The team later won the match by losing 3 wickets in 11 overs. Nepal captain Pooja Mahato was player of the match.

PAKW VS SAMW: Samoa's batting could not withstand the ego Pakistan Women's U19 lost the first 2 wickets for 36 runs. Captain and wicketkeeper Komal Khan scored 11 off 20 balls, but despite the opening shocks, the middle order took over.

Mahum Anis (28 runs) and Fatima Khan (25 runs) made significant contributions. At the same time, Kurtul N Ahson finally scored an unbeaten 13 off 13 balls and lost 8 wickets in 20 overs and scored the team to 136 runs.

Mahum Anish was the top scorer from the Pakistan team.

In the bowling, Nora Salima performed brilliantly for Samoa and took 3 wickets for 20 runs in 4 overs. Katrina Sam also took 2 wickets. The Samoa women's U19 team, who was chasing 137 runs, had a bad start. Nora Salima (5 runs) and team captain Avtia Papu (0 runs) soon returned to the pavilion.

Angel Sutaga (11 runs) and Stella Saglala (15 runs) struggled, but the team was all out for only 84 in 18.5 overs. Hania Ahmer from Pakistan was 4 wickets for 17 runs in 4 overs. Fatima Khan and Kuratul Ann Ahson took 2-2 wickets.

Hania Ahmer took the highest 4 wickets from Pakistan.

NEPW VS MASW: Captain Puja's all -round exhibition Nepal captain Pooja Mahato took 4 wickets for the team and scored 25 runs. The only batter of the Malaysian women's team was able to touch the double figure, losing the first bat. Nuriman Hiday scored the highest number of 15 runs. Chowdhury from Nepal took 5 runs in 3 overs and took 1 madan and 3 wickets.

Church Chowdhury dismissed 3 Malaysia's batters in just 5 runs.

Pooja was 4 wickets for 9 runs in 3.5 overs and the entire team was all out for 45 in 16.5 overs. The Nepali team had a bad start in reply. The team lost both of their opener by 10 runs. But Pooja played 23 runs and won the team in 11 overs.
