Suryakumar contends with Janssen for Sanju: Rikalton hits a six in 104 metres, Kruger bowls an 11-ball over; Moments

India beat South Africa by 61 runs in the first T20I. Sanju Samson scored his second consecutive century and played an innings of 107 runs in a one-sided match played at the Kingsmead Stadium in Durban. India gave South Africa a target of 203 runs. In reply, the Proteas team was bowled out for 141 runs in 17.5 overs. Varun Chakraborty and Ravi Bishnoi got 3 wickets each.

Before the match, India's national anthem stopped midway through, Patrick Kruger bowled 11 balls in his first over, Markram taking a diving catch at running back.
