Second Test headache for Rohit-Gambir: Problem of who to take from Kuldeep or Akshar in Playing-11, Know Possible Playing-11

The second match of the Test series between India and Bangladesh will be played at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur from tomorrow. India leads the two-match series 1-0.

Spinners have got more wickets than pacers at Green Park. Keeping that in mind, Indian team can give chance to 3 spinners. If there are 3 spinners, one of Kuldeep Yadav or Akshar Patel may get a chance.

There will be no change in the batting line-up It is possible that there will be no change in the batting line-up in Kanpur. Five batsmen and one wicketkeeper will get a chance in this. Senior players like Virat Kohli, KL Rahul and wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant have returned to the Test team. Pant made a brilliant comeback by scoring a century in the second innings of the first Test. Rohit Sharma, Yashshwi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill are sure to play in the top-3 positions.

Both decided to play 'Ravi' After the top-6 batsmen, Team India has 2 senior spin bowling all-rounders in the form of Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja who scored a century in the last match. If the team keeps 3 bowlers in the spin department, only one of Kuldeep Yadav or Akshar Patel can get a chance. Team India will focus on strengthening their bowling department in view of Bangladesh. In such a situation, Kuldeep Yadav can be included in the playing-11.

2 fast bowlers may get a chance India can give chance to 2 fast bowlers in playing-11. Jasprit Bumrah can play in this. Apart from him, Mohammad Siraj, Yash Dayal and Akash Deep are in the race. Both Mohammad Siraj and Akash performed brilliantly in the last match. So only one of these two will get a chance. Siraj's economy rate was good so Siraj can win here. Yash Dayal has not made his debut yet so it is difficult for him to get a chance.

The team may release Jurel, Dayal and Sarfraz If Dhruv Jurel, Yash Dayal and Sarfraz Khan are not part of the playing-11 then the team may drop them for the Irani Cup. While Akshar Patel and Akash Deep may have to sit on the bench.

Bangladesh may also include a third spinner in the playing XI Bangladesh's playing XI may change in the second Test. 2 spin bowling all-rounders Shakib Al Hasan and Mehdi Hasan Miraj are almost certain to play in the squad. Third spinner Taijul Islam can be included in the team in place of fast bowler Nahid Rana.
