Rishabh Pant slips three places in ICC Test batting rankings: English batsman Harry Brooke climbs to No.1, Bumrah remains on top among bowlers

English batsman Harry Brook has reached No.1 in the ICC rankings. He has left his country's Joe Root behind. Travis Head, Kamindu Mendes and Temba Bavuma also gained in the rankings released on Wednesday. Indian wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant has lost 3 places in the list of top-10 batsmen.

In the ranking of bowlers, fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah is at the first position with 890 rating points. Australian captain Pat Cummins has gained one place, moving to fourth place. Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin is fifth and Ravindra Jadeja is sixth.

Harry Brooke Number One Test Batter England's Harry Brook has now become the number one batsman in the new Test rankings released by the ICC. He has gained one place. Earlier it was in second place. Now its rating has increased to 898. If the root is in second position. Its rating is 897.
