Ira Sharma took on PV Sindhu. After PV Sindhu won the first set, Ira made a comeback in the second set. At the same time, Lakshya Sen defeated Israel's Daniil Dubovenko, maintaining the lead throughout the match.
In the women's doubles, Ashwini Ponnappa and Tanisha Christo defeated Taiwan's Su Yu Chen and Ann 21-19, 8-21 and 21-12. Priyanshu Rajawat has made it to the quarter finals by defeating Vietnam's Li Du Phat by a margin of 21-15, 21-8.

- China's fourth seeds Zhou Zihong and Yang Jia Yi beat India's Vishnu Sri Kumar and Aparna Balan 21-11, 21-12.
- India's second seeds Satish Kumar Karunakaran and Adya Varyanath defeated India's selected Joshi and Kavya Gupta 21-18, 21-17.

- The fifth seeded Indian pair of Priya Konjengbam and Shruti Mishra defeated India's Kavipriya Selvam and Simran Singhi 21-15, 21-12.
