OMG…Two players hit triple centuries in a single match: Marathon partnership of 606 runs between Goa's Kauthankar-Bakley, historic record in Ranji Trophy; Arjun Tendulkar also did the feat

A feat has taken place in the Ranji match between Goa and Arunachal Pradesh that has shocked world cricket. In fact, Goa's middle-order batsman Kashyap Bakal played an unbeaten innings of 300 off 269 balls, while Snehal Kauthankar scored an unbeaten 314 off just 215 balls with 45 fours and 4 sixes. Together, they put on an unbeaten stand of 606 off 448 balls for the third wicket. By doing so, both have created a historical record. In fact, this is the record for the highest partnership for any wicket in the 90-year history of the Ranji Trophy tournament. The record for the highest partnership in the Ranji Trophy was previously held by Maharashtra's Swapnil Sugale and Ankit Bawne, who put on a stout performance of 594 runs for the third wicket against Delhi in 2016.
