Australian fast bowler Josh Hazlewood is fully fit. He will participate with the Australian team in the third match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Hazlewood will replace Scott Boland in the Brisbane Test.
Captain Pat Cummins himself confirmed this on Thursday. The Australian captain said on Friday- 'Josh is returning. He had no problem. He bowled very well yesterday (Thursday). He and the medical team are very confident.'
About Boland, Cummins said that he was a bit unlucky to lose his place despite taking 5 wickets in the Adelaide Test. The third match of the India-Australia Test series is starting from Saturday, December 14 in Brisbane.

Injured Hazlewood did not play the Adelaide Test Josh Hazlewood was not part of the Australian squad for the day-night Test in Adelaide due to injury. He had a low grade left injury (lower abdominal pain). Fast bowler Scott Boland was given a chance in place of Josh. Boland took 5 wickets in the Pink Ball Test. He took 2 wickets in the first innings and 3 wickets in the second innings. Hazlewood took 5 wickets in the Perth Test.
With the series tied 1-1 The 5-match Test series is tied at one-one. The Indian team won the Perth Test against Australia by 295 runs and has taken a 1-0 lead in the series. Australia then returned to the series by winning the Adelaide Test by 10 wickets.
