Jolt to Pakistan, Champions Trophy tour won't take place in PoK: ICC bans over India's disaster; Earlier neighboring country had to plan

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has refused the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to organize the Champions Trophy tour in PoK (Pakistan Occupied Kashmir). News agency IANS made this claim citing a report. However, there is no official statement from ICC and PCB regarding this yet.

Earlier, PCB shared a post on its social media handle on Thursday regarding the trophy tour. PCB wrote, 'This tour will start from Islamabad on November 16. After this, he will pass through several cities and also go to PoK's Skardu, Hunza and Muzaffarabad.'

The Champions Trophy will be played in Pakistan Pakistan is scheduled to host the Champions Trophy in February 2025, but Team India has refused to travel to Pakistan.

The hybrid model means that the match against India in the Champions Trophy should be played at neutral venues and the rest of the tournament should be played in Pakistan.
