ICC Test bowling rankings: Bumrah equals Ashwin's record: 904 ratings points; Head overtook Yashaswin in the batters rankings

Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has become the second Indian to score 904 rating points in the ICC Test Bowling Rankings. He equaled Ravichandran Ashwin's record. Ashwin got so many rating points in December 2016.

On the other hand, Travis Head has moved into the top-4 of the ICC Men's Test Batting Rankings after his consistent performances. The reason for this is his good performance against India in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Head has overtaken Yashaswi Jaiswal to reach the fourth position. So Yashaswi has now reached number-5. England's Joe Root is on top.

Rabada second in bowling rankings Bumrah has so far taken 21 wickets in the three opening matches of the Border Gavaskar Trophy. He remains at the top of the Test rankings. South Africa's Kagiso Rabada (856) is currently second and Australia fast bowler Josh Hazlewood (852) is third. Ravindra Jadeja has been hurt by his lack of wickets and has slipped to number 10.

KL Rahul gained 10 places Travis Head, who played a brilliant innings of 152 runs at the Gabba after his century in Adelaide, has moved up to fourth place with 825 points. While his compatriot Steve Smith's century in the third Test has once again taken him into the top-10. On the other hand, KL Rahul's superb performance in India's first innings in the Gabba Test has seen him gain 10 places. With this he has reached the 40th position. Yashaswi Jaiswal is one place down in fifth place.

Jadeja remains at the top in Test all-rounder rankings Ravindra Jadeja tops the Test all-rounder rankings. Ravichandran Ashwin, who retired after the third Test, remains at number three. Australian captain Pat Cummins regained his place in the top-10 with four wickets and 42 runs in the third Test against India.

Melbourne Test: India may change opening: Australia's playing-11 release

The fourth match of the Border Gavaskar Trophy between India and Australia will be played at the Melbourne Stadium from tomorrow (December 26). The match will start at 5:00 am. Cricket Australia has announced the playing-11 for this match on Wednesday. 2 changes have been made to the team. Sam Konstas will make his debut, while Scott Boland will replace the injured Josh Hazlewood. Along with this, Travis Head, who was injured in the Gaba Test, is also fit.
