Hazelwood may pull out of remaining series of BGT: complains of sore right leg; Could bowl only 6 overs in the third Test against India

Australian fast bowler Josh Hazlewood may be out of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. He was injured during the third match. Hazelwood has been injured a lot.

He injured his right leg during the warm-up on the fourth day against India. Hazlewood bowled just one over on the fourth day of the Brisbane Test and walked off the field.

After that he had to go for a scan. Scans confirmed that he had pain in his shin. In such a situation, he is likely to be ruled out of the remaining matches of the series.

Josh Hazlewood has taken 1 wicket in the Brisbane Test. He dismissed Virat Kohli in India's first innings.

Hazelwood was returning from injury The 33-year-old Hazlewood was making a comeback after recovering from an injury in the Brisbane Test. After the first Test in Perth, Josh Hazlewood was ruled out of the second Test due to a side hamstring. Scott Boland was included in the squad for the Adelaide Test in his place. With Hazlewood fit for the Brisbane Test, Boland was dropped from the playing XI.

With the series tied 1-1 The 5-match Test series is tied at 1-1. The Indian team has won the Perth Test by 295 runs against Australia and has taken a 1-0 lead in the series. Then Australia won the Adelaide Test by 10 wickets.
