The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has launched Team India's new ODI jersey on Friday. Meanwhile, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah and Indian Women's Cricket Team Captain Harmanpreet Kaur were also present. This jersey is made by famous German sportswear company Adidas.
Team India's previous jerseys were all blue and featured three Adidas stripes on their shoulders. This time the three adidas stripes on the shoulders have been given a tricolor shade. The blue color of this jersey is slightly lighter than the previous jersey but has a darker color on the sides.
BCCI shared a video of the new jersey on Instagram and X. Harmanpreet Kaur said about the new jersey, 'It is an honor for me that the new jersey was launched in my presence. I am very happy with its appearance. There are tricolors especially on the shoulders.'

The women's team will wear a new jersey against the West Indies The women's team will wear the new jersey for the first time against the West Indies. The West Indies team will visit India in December. A series of 3 ODIs and 3 T20 matches will be played between India and West Indies. The T20 series will start from December 15. The tournament will be played between September and October in a round robin format. Only 8 teams including India will participate in this. Australia is the defending champion of the tournament and is also the team that has won the title 7 times.
The men's team will meet in New Jersey in January next year The Indian men's team will be seen wearing this jersey for the first time in January 2025 against England. Initially, a series of 3 T20 matches will be played between India and England. After this, Team India will also be seen in this jersey in the Champions Trophy to be held in February-March.
